Seasons of Life

It seems like life moves in seasons as like the seasons of nature.

  1. Spring  - A new beginning
  2. Summer - Full of sun, warmth and growth
  3. Fall - A change of season and slowing
  4. Winter - The closing of a chapter

I haven't posted much to this blog for quite some time.  Call it a summer break or early fall of where I am at in life (mid lfe)  Haha.  After reading a fellow highschool classmates blog, I decided that I would try and keep this updated at least once a week, with a least one picture.  Good therapy for the soul.

While out this past week looking for different things to take pictures of, I ended up in my old stomping grounds of where I went to collge.  The campus has changed so much that I barely recognize it anymore.  What was once a 2 year college is now a fully accredited 4 year school.  I stopped by the Botanical Garden and couldn't believe how much it has changed.  The grounds are nice and peaceful and a good place to take some nice pictures.  It times like these that I picked up the hobby that I did.  As I have read photo books and blogs, the one thing that I has stood out in my mind is to alway remember that sometimes the best picture that you take, might be the one that is behind you and to always look behind you for opportunities.  Such it is in life.  If we don't know where we have been by looking back, we will never know where we are going.  Just a thought!
